The location in the heart of the medina is superb. However, the bathroom felt quite humid during my stay. I stayed in the Wahad Suite for 2 nights and truly enjoyed the vibrant decor throughout the riad. Breakfast on the stunning rooftop was a highlight!

It was just a fitting option for a date night in Essaouira with attractive and competitive value for money. The cold water issue made our stay a bit uncomfortable, but at least the nuns were friendly despite the lack of hot water. Watch out for the dampness. keeping the windows open helps a little but raises security concerns.

Dar Adul felt like a hidden gem in Essaouira. The vibrant art pieces all around made the atmosphere quirky and inviting. My room, the Tlata Double Room, was comfortable and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy space to unwind. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace set against the stunning ocean view was a delightful start to each day. it was hard to beat those views! Staff members were warm and welcoming, always checking in on me. However, I noticed some areas for improvement, especially regarding cleanliness. The rooftop terrace furniture needed a good scrub, and my room showed signs of neglect with occasional water stains on the sheets. Also, I encountered some communication issues due to the limited English proficiency among staff, which could lead to confusion during requests. Overall, this riad has so much potential with its creative decor and stunning views. a little attention to maintenance could elevate it to an even higher level.

My stay at the Tlata Double Room came with many disappointments. The furniture on the rooftop terrace needed urgent cleaning, making it uninviting for enjoying the ocean views. Additionally, I found my room to be unkempt at times, with visible stains on the sheets and a general feeling of neglect. Communication was also challenging, as the staff's limited English made even simple requests confusing and frustrating.

Diving into local flavors was a blast! Enjoyed the fresh fish nearby at Taros Cafe Restaurant, just a hop away. The Riads breakfast was fantastic, and the ocean sounds from the top-level room were a dreamy addition.

The decor inside buzzes with vibrant colors, unique sculptures, and art splashed across the walls, giving off a genuine creative vibe. Enjoying breakfast on the roof terrace with ocean views is the perfect way to start the day.

The unusual humidity in the bathroom detracted from comfort, a common issue in older buildings, and multiple fans were needed to alleviate it. Some areas felt a bit dark and tired, with individual light switches causing a need to wander around to brighten the room. Smoking in the courtyard let unwanted odors seep into the adjacent rooms, detracting from the overall experience.

It is a welcoming hotel with a charming rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean and attentive staff ready to enhance your experience.

I loved the unique vibe with all the original art, and the room was super cozy with comfy beds! The rooftop terrace is perfect for sunbathing, and there’s also a great leisure room to chill out in. Just be aware that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but overall, it was still a fantastic stay! 🌞

Essaouira has been just fantastic but most memorable was the staff and how easy it was to stroll to various attractions like the city walls and the charming art galleries nearby. a great ocean view terrace for breakfast was a delightful way to start the day during my stay.

The beautiful decor and spacious Wahad Suite offered a delightful retreat, enhanced by the stunning rooftop views perfect for sunrise breakfasts. Friendly staff provided exceptional service, especially when preparing us a delicious early breakfast for our surfing trip. However, the lack of a towel rail and soap in the room, despite prior requests, and occasional cleanliness issues did detract somewhat from the experience.

Couldn't recommend more for taking strolls

Charming room, delightful restaurant, the charming room was beautifully decorated with colorful paintings and offered great amenities like free wi-fi in public areas, making it a perfect spot for relaxation after a long day of exploring the city.
